- Kampala & surrounding areas: same-day or next-day delivery.
- Elsewhere in Uganda: 2–4 business days via our courier partners.
- International: available on request — please contact us for rates and timelines to your country.
Delivery fees
- Delivery is charged separately — delivery fees are never included in product prices.
- Local delivery (Uganda): arranged and charged separately per order (2–4 business days).
- Express delivery: on request (1–2 business days, where available), charged separately.
- Pickup point: no delivery charge — collect from a Raw & Gold partner location.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day. You’ll receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp, and we’ll notify you when your order is on its way.
